Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours, details and descriptions accurately, though slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our garments. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. 3. Orders & Acceptance Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance of it. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. 4. Payments We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD orders, the full amount is payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. 5. Shipping & Delivery We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Any shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. 6. Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) after the returned item passes inspection. 7. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may use our returns process where eligible. 8.
